Is there any way of getting around the 2MB upload limit on files (perhaps admin has an exemption)?

I have a 3.2MB flv that I would like to put in a wiki page - being my first attempt at this I haven't worked at making it any smaller.

Oh, and could someone confirm that the

plugin works please? And that it is supposed to show the video right there on the page and not just a download for it?

I have tried to use the plugin code in a wiki page and it gives me a small placeholder icon.

When I called the file directly using

I certainly haven't been able to find the help for it, nor does it appear to work - that is , if all I have to do is wrap the flash object/embed with an open and close
